Balance BoardThe Balance Board is the basis of our program for preparing the brain to learn. A flat board is attached to two rotating rockers which are connected underneath to insure safety. The ability to rotate the rockers to different levels of difficulty allows an individual to increase precision in concentration. A mapping grid is drawn on the top of the board for two reasons: primarily it keeps the two sides of the body (and thereby, the two sides of the brain) centered and balanced. Secondly, it is used to strengthen basic mapping skills for school-aged children. |

Ball and CupTry to catch the ball in the cup. Can you do it without swinging the ball? Can you simply pop the ball straight up vertically in the air and let it fall into the cup?
